Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods such as product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all U.S. states.

Orders under $50: Flat rate shipping of $5.95

Orders $75 and up: Free standard shipping
Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand soon.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Forma Pilates Co. is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us at info@formapilatesco.com.
