Forma Pilates Co. was born during a time I was trying to reconnect with myself and rebuild healthier routines. I couldn’t find grip socks that felt right — they were either too rough, not grippy enough, or made my already-sweaty feet feel worse (like, embarrassingly bad).

A friend, who had been dealing with the same thing, told me about Merino wool — how soft, breathable, and naturally odor-resistant it was. I gave it a try and immediately felt the difference.

That small moment sparked something bigger. I wanted to create socks that felt as intentional as the way we move — socks that supported me while I was finding my way back to myself. And now, I get to share them with you.
